ResiPlank Vinyl Ardore 507

The Terra Mater ResiPlank Vinyl Ardore 507 is a timber-look luxury vinyl tile with a confident mix of warm and cool tones across ten named colourways, from the pale softness of Ibis White and Ash Blonde to the richer depths of Gunsynd, Ceylonese and Shadow Grey. It is a product built for hardworking Australian homes and commercial spaces, carrying an ISO 10874 / EN 685 classification of Commercial heavy and Domestic very heavy. Constructed from 100% virgin PVC and measuring 1505mm x 235mm x 5.0mm, the Ardore 507 uses a 0.7mm PU-coated wear layer and achieves an AC5 abrasion rating. The backing is a PVC friction pad. The product is a direct stick installation, with Terra Mater specifying Uzin KE 2000 S adhesive for full-coverage application. There is no attached underlay, and no click or floating system is used. The plank-format tile format suits a wide range of room layouts, and with staggered jointing of at least 200mm required during installation, the finished floor presents as a well-proportioned timber analogue.

Terra Mater rates the Ardore 507 as 100% Waterproof and explicitly states that it can be installed in bathrooms, saunas, laundries and other areas with high levels of steam or moisture, though local, state and federal waterproofing standards may require additional procedures. The slip resistance result is SRV 32 / P3 (wet pendulum) and R10 (wet ramp) under AS/NZS 4586.2020 and AS/NZS 4586.2013 App D. Acoustic impact noise reduction testing returns FIIC5,6 = 58 and L'nTw3 = 47 with an AAAC 4 Star Rating. The product is suitable for in-slab hydronic underfloor heating with a maximum slab surface temperature of 26 degrees Celsius; no other form of underfloor heating is recommended. Staining resistance testing shows no visible change (AS/NZS 2924.2), Class 5 (EN 438) and a Pass result (ASTM F925). On the environmental side, Terra Mater describes the Ardore 507 as 100% recyclable, low in VOCs and phthalate-free, with compliance confirmed under ASTM D5116 and the Green Building Council of Australia.

The Ardore 507 is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty, a 30 Year Residential Wear Warranty and a 10 Year Commercial Wear Warranty. Warranties are conditional on installation by a qualified and experienced contractor following Terra Mater's current installation instructions, and on regular maintenance using only approved pH neutral cleaning products. Steam mops are strictly prohibited and will void the warranty. Terra Mater extends its structural and wear warranties to flooring installed over in-slab hydronic heating, provided the installation instructions are followed in full. For concrete subfloors, moisture content must be below 75% Relative Humidity before installation proceeds; a damp-proof membrane is required where this threshold is exceeded.
