MiPlank

The Polyflor MiPlank brings together a broad palette of Australian-inspired timber-look designs in a well-built luxury vinyl tile format. With 14 named colourways spanning warm tones like Dark Oak, Refined Walnut and Kauri Pine through to lighter, cooler options such as Silver Birch and Sun-Bleached Ash, the collection is designed to offer genuine flexibility for residential and commercial interiors alike. MiPlank is produced in two plank formats: 177.8mm x 1219.2mm and 185mm x 1505mm, both at 5.0mm gauge. The 0.55mm wear layer is finished with a PUR (polyurethane reinforcement) coating, which Polyflor states is applied across all its flooring collections to protect against everyday wear. All 14 designs achieve an R10 slip resistance rating as an ex-factory measure. MiPlank is rated for use area classes 23 (residential heavy), 34 (commercial heavy), and 43 (demanding commercial / industrial heavy) as classified to ISO 10874 (EN 685), giving it genuine versatility across both home and commercial projects. The product is rated for underfloor heating up to a maximum surface temperature of 27°C. The slip resistance rating of R10 is achieved across all 14 designs. Residual indentation is ≤0.05mm (ISO 24343-1 / EN 433), and castor chair suitability is confirmed. MiPlank also carries a BRE Green Guide A+ rating (Generic), is FloorScore and Indoor Air Comfort Gold certified, and is REACH compliant with 20% recycled content.

Warranty terms for MiPlank should be confirmed with Domain Flooring or directly with Polyflor at the time of purchase, as they are not published in the current specification sheet. Maintenance must follow Polyflor's published care guidelines: regular sweeping or vacuuming, neutral cleaning solutions, protective pads on furniture legs, and prompt removal of spills. Abrasive cleaners, solvents, bleach and petroleum-based products must not be used on the surface. Full installation requirements, including subfloor preparation and any moisture barrier needs, should be obtained from Polyflor's published installation guide prior to laying.
