The ResiPlank Hybrid Summit 977 sits at the top of Terra Mater's ResiPlank hybrid range, designed for spaces that see serious foot traffic without compromising on design quality. Its 10 colourways draw on the textures and tones of Australian hardwoods, from lighter sandy hues through to rich, deep greys, making it equally at home in a busy family home or a demanding commercial environment. At the core of each board is a Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) substrate, topped with a 0.7mm wear layer protected by a PU (polyurethane) coating. The registered natural emboss surface gives each plank convincing textural depth underfoot, and the 4 sided micro bevel profile adds a genuine plank aesthetic to the finished floor. With 8 design repeats across the collection, floor pattern repetition is kept well in check. Terra Mater's Technical Data Sheet describes the Summit 977 as 100% Waterproof, and the warranty permits installation in bathrooms and laundries, subject to applicable local waterproofing compliance requirements. The product is rated P3 for slip resistance (SRV 37, tested to AS 4586-2013 Amdt 1-2017 Appendix A) and achieves tested acoustic results of FIIC4,5 = 64 and L'nTw3 = 38, carrying an AAAC 6 Star Rating. For homes with hydronic underfloor heating, the Summit 977 is compatible provided the slab surface temperature does not exceed 26°C and Terra Mater's published installation procedures are followed. Under ISO 10874 / EN 685, the product is classified Commercial: heavy and Domestic: very heavy.

The Summit 977 is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty, a 30-year residential wear warranty and a 15-year commercial wear warranty. Keeping the warranty valid requires strict compliance with Terra Mater's published installation and maintenance guidelines; the manufacturer prohibits steam mops and ammonia-based cleaners on this floor, and installation must be carried out as a floating system using the 5G® Click method.
