The ResiPlank Hybrid Corsica 855 by Terra Mater brings together a considered palette of warm neutrals, earthy tones and Australian timber designs in a compact 1420mm plank that works well across a wide range of residential and light commercial settings. From the sandy warmth of Fawn and Granola through to the cooler depth of Dapple Grey and Pewter, the 10 colourways cover a lot of ground, with NSW Spotted Gum and Coastal Blackbutt adding genuine Australian hardwood character to the collection. Beneath each plank is a 6.0mm SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) core that Terra Mater describes as heavy-duty, delivering strength and stability across its dimensions of 1420mm × 225mm × 8.5mm. The 0.5mm wear layer is protected with a PU (polyurethane) coating, and the registered natural emboss surface gives each board a convincing textural quality that reads well underfoot. The 4 sided micro bevel profile adds a clean plank definition to the finished floor, and with 8 design repeats across the range, the pattern stays varied and natural. The Corsica 855 is described as 100% Waterproof in Terra Mater's Technical Data Sheet, and the warranty permits installation in bathrooms and laundries, subject to any applicable local waterproofing compliance requirements. The product holds a P3 slip rating (SRV 37, tested to AS 4586-2013 Amdt 1-2017 Appendix A) and achieves tested acoustic results of FIIC4,5 = 62 and L'nTw3 = 42, with an AAAC 5 Star Rating. For homes fitted with hydronic underfloor heating, the Corsica 855 is compatible provided the slab surface temperature does not exceed 26°C and Terra Mater's published installation procedures are followed in full. Under ISO 10874 / EN 685, the product is classified Commercial: light and Domestic: heavy.

The Corsica 855 is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty, a 25-year residential wear warranty and a 10-year commercial wear warranty. To keep these warranties valid, the floor must be installed strictly as a floating system and maintained in line with Terra Mater's published care guidelines; steam mops are strictly prohibited and will void the warranty.
